When in stock, we dispatch all products within 24 hours, often same day. Below are the important facts about our delivery policy and is a continuation of our T&C’s to make things very simple to follow and understand with some commonly asked questions. Getting your order to you safely is important to us and if something were to go wrong, we aim to assist you in any delivery issues you may have with your order.
We only charge your card once we have shipped your items.
UK postage varies. Below is an outline of the delivery options we offer.
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked – £4.50 (not available on paints)
Insured up to the value of £50 in accordance to the Royal Mail T&C’s. We will provide proof of postage and help you with your claim if your item goes missing. We advise this option for basket values below £50.
Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked – £5.50 (not available on paints)
Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1 day of dispatch, including Saturdays, when ordered before 3pm. Tracking information will be sent to the email address and mobile phone number entered in your contact details. *This is not a guaranteed service and parcels can take longer to arrive.
24 Hour Tracked & Signed – £7.50 (Only option for shipping paints & adhesives)
Next working day delivery Monday-Friday only when ordered before 2pm, with a guaranteed delivery next day. This will be with DPD Local or Royal Mail depending on the item.
If your item(s) do not arrive to your choosen address, please call us on 01395 224608 where we will advise on the best course of action. For items that are untracked and uninsured, we will be unable to offer a refund but will assist you with a claim with Royal Mail. Please see the postage and insurance levels in the table above.
Depending on the postage option you have choosen will depend on the best course of action to take. We will need photographic evidence for any claims of damage and evidence of the packaging being damaged. If you notice the packaging is damaged on arrival, please photograph your package before opening it as this will help with a claim. If you are receiving a signed and tracked parcel, please report the item as damaged to the delivery person at the point of signing. You must let us know within 48 hours of any damaged parcels from point of delivery.
Not a problem and we are able to help you out here. We will need to charge slightly more for postage to your address however in some cases depending on your location.
If your order arrives undamaged and remains as sold, unopened, you have 14 days to return your item to us however, if we have dispatched your item, you are liable for return postage to us via a fully tracked and insured delivery company. We recommend Interlink.
